St. Nicholas Junior Academy began as a small Pre-Primary in Embakasi with a simple conviction: that young children learn best when they feel safe, loved and gently challenged. Over the years we have grown into a full Pre-Primary, Primary and Junior School β but that founding spirit has never changed.
Today our learners come from across Embakasi and the surrounding estates, drawn by a reputation for caring teachers, honest communication with parents, and a happy, orderly school where children genuinely want to be.
To nurture confident, compassionate and capable young Kenyans who carry good values into every corner of their lives.
To provide quality, CBC-aligned education in a safe and joyful environment where every child is known, valued and stretched to reach their potential.
Simplicity in Virtue. We keep things simple and do them well β and we put good character at the centre of all learning.
Four simple values guide how we teach, how we treat one another, and how our learners grow.
We treat every person with warmth, patience and respect.
We do our best work and take pride in steady progress.
We care for our school, our community and our environment.
We ask questions, explore ideas and love to find things out.
